Failure sucks. I don’t care how many people praise it.
People praise it, as if it was something you MUST do sometime in your life. I think it is quite overrated, honestly.
I mean, it is normal and it should be taken as it is; a step-back you should learn from, not a rite of passage.
You hear people say, you should fail as fast as you can. But my question to them is: why?
Why not: succeed as fast as you can? I mean, if you fail, I think it is obvious you should learn from it and avoid repeating the mistake, otherwise you failed twice (from the mistake and from not learning about it), but if you succeed, you already know what you have to do in order to succeed, and not just what you should avoid in order “not to fail”.
Think about that just a moment. Let it sink in.
